1. OUR DELIVERY CONDITIONS
After the order confirmation, we will send you the ordered items to the delivery address you specified in the form of a package.
The usual delivery time is 3-5 business days for Economy, 1-2 business days for Priority.
For orders from abroad, the delivery time may be extended by up to 10 business days.
If the delivery of the goods fails despite several delivery attempts, Ender Sport Trend Fashion can withdraw from the contract.

For our delivery within the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein you pay the following shipping costs:

If the actual shipping costs exceed the amount shown by more than 10%, Ender Sport reserves the right to charge the difference.
Transport insurance will only be taken out on written instruction of the orderer.
4. PAYMENT OPTIONS
For orders the payment methods credit card, PayPal, prepayment, SOFORT payment and Postfinance are available.
5. GIFT CERTIFICATE
Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase. You can pay your order with a gift certificate from Ender Sport. To do this, enter the code on the voucher in the appropriate field of the order. A gift voucher can only be redeemed before the completion of the order process and for the full amount.
The amount of the voucher is predefined. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are freely transferable.
A cash payment is excluded.
6. PROMOTION VOUCHERS
Promotion vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but which we issue as part of promotional campaigns. Promotion vouchers are redeemable only under the conditions mentioned therein, by the respective recipient, in the specified period and only once per person. Individual products may be excluded from voucher promotions.
Promotion vouchers can be redeemed for a minimum order value of CHF 30.00; the value of the goods must in any case be at least equal to the amount of the promotion voucher. Any difference to a higher value of goods must be settled with the payment options offered. Promotion vouchers are neither paid out in cash nor do they bear interest.
A refund of promotional vouchers in case of partial or total return of the ordered products is excluded. Promotion vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. A subsequent credit is not possible. The promotional voucher is not transferable and may not be combined with other promotional vouchers. If you have used a promotional voucher in your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you keep if – due to your cancellation – the total value of the order falls below the value of the promotional voucher.
